Benchmark Dataset for Ribs segmentation

VinDr-RibCXR dataset, sourced from the de-identified VinDrCXR dataset, provides high-quality annotated medical images for developing instance segmentation models. The dataset consists of manually segmented and annotated masks of 20 ribs (L1→L10 and R1→R10) by expert radiologists from both anterior and posterior views, stored in a JSON file for ease of use. VinDr-RibCXR is the first publicly available dataset to provide such detailed segmentation annotations of individual ribs, making it a valuable resource for researchers in medical imaging.
